The 2017 World Boutique Hotel Awards is an event administered by incorporating an awards dinner and presentation ceremony.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

"Awards" means the awards dinner and presentation ceremony;

"Organiser" means WORLD BOUTIQUE HOTEL AWARDS LIMITED (a company registered in the England and Wales with company number [06908460]) whose registered office is at [47 THORNBURY GARDENS, HERTS, WD6 1RB] (the “WBH”). WBH operates an international hotels awards scheme, publication (Boutique Hotel Selection) and Master Key Society.

By registering for and/or attending the Event, participants are bound by, and comply with, these Terms and Conditions. It is the individual's responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions may not be modified, amended or rescinded, in whole or in part, except by written amendments signed by both parties.

To the full extent allowed by law and insofar as it is reasonable to do so, the participant agrees not to hold the Organiser liable for any damage or loss suffered or incurred by the them during the course of the Event, including consequential (i.e. losses which are not incurred as a direct consequence of the event leading to any claim) or indirect losses or loss of profit, through registering for the Event, attending the Event, alteration of the Event schedule, cancellation of the Event, or any error or omission on the part of the Organiser. This provision does not reduce or restrict the Organiser's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Organiser's negligence or liability for fraud on the part of the Organiser.

In order to attend the event and participate in any other associated activities involving media, publishing etc. (as specified in the booking confirmation) , participant companies must have paid in full the relevant sponsorship fee immediately on booking or by the due date.

The fee does not include any travel costs, or any costs of accommodation. The fee relates solely to attendance at the Event and any further activities as specified in the booking confirmation.

If an invoice is requested, payment will be required as specified in the booking confirmation. If payment is not received within these required time limits, WBH reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

Details of the places at the Event will be confirmed by the Organiser once the confirmation booking is received by the Organiser. Confirmation by the Organiser of the place at the Event forms a binding commitment for payment of the full relevant fee(s).

WBH are not responsible for the individual comments, remarks or presentation made by the speakers or any other public comments made by anyone attending the event. WBH hereby indemnifies themselves from any liability for any of the content (including inaccuracies) of the speeches and presentations made.

In the event of fire, flood or without limit other causes that the Organiser reasonably believes to be substantial or that are beyond the Organiser's control, the Organiser reserves the right to change the times, dates and the venues of the Event, without incurring any further liability.

Cancellations cannot be accepted after confirmation but participating companies shall be entitled to terminate the agreement upon 6 months prior written notice to the other party. Unless otherwise agreed participating companies shall remain liable for the cost of the sponsorship for the duration of the agreement as specified in the booking confirmation.

Total participant liabilities shall be limited to 100% of the fees charged and paid under this booking confirmation.

The parties shall not at any time during or after the term of the booking confirmation divulge any confidential information relating to the business or affairs of the other parties other than to their respective employees, agents, representatives, advisors and associates as necessary for the performance of their respective obligations under this agreement or to persons who have signed a confidentiality undertaking in a form approved by the other parties, or with express the written permission of the other parties.
